How to Place a Service Call

The fastest way to place a service call with Sunco is by emailing the details of your request to service@sunco.ca. A ticket will be auto-generated in our Connectwise system and triaged by our Technical Support staff.

You will receive an email confirmation followed by updates as your ticket progresses through our Operations department so you’re always in the know!  

Expect one of our techs to begin work on your regular service ticket within 3-5 business days.  If you need faster service, there will be a $200 expedite fee and it is dependent on tech availability.

 

Priority Technical Support

If the size or nature of your business demands quicker response times, a Telecom Managed Service package may be the answer.  For a low monthly, per-user cost, service tickets will be automatically prioritized above regular service tickets. Additional benefits include extended warranty on parts, no charge 24/7 emergency support and reduced hourly labour rates.

After-Hours Emergency Technical Support

If you require after-hours emergency service, please call (780)-809-1786 or 1-888-782-9357 and leave a message in our After-Hours Emergency Mailbox.  Our on-call technician will return the call within two hours.  Overtime labour rates will apply.
