Introduction
This year marks a major milestone for Sunco — 25 years of serving customers, growing our team, and evolving as a business. As Sunco’s HR Generalist, I have seen firsthand how our achievements are rooted in something deeper: our culture. It’s the heartbeat of Sunco, and one of the biggest reasons we are celebrating today.
Our journey: From Startup to National Presence
Sunco began with a vision to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships. What began as a small team with big dreams has grown into a team of 65 employees across Canada, two strategic acquisitions, and a national reach – all while staying true to our roots. Through every phase of growth, our culture has anchored us, guiding decisions, shaping experiences, and connecting our people.
